The teacher profession in Early Childhood Education has a very important role for early childhood development. This study discusses the implementation of the concept of Quality Assurance (QA) on the professional quality of Early Childhood education teachers. The reason (QA) on the professional quality of teachers at the Early Childhood education level is very important because (QA) is a concept or part of Total Quality Management (TQM) where its duties and functions are as quality assurance on services carried out through a process both before and when the process is underway with the intention of preventing failure from the beginning to the end of the process of meeting standards. This research uses a qualitative - descriptive method, while the analysis method used is interactive, namely the model developed by Miles and Huberman. The results of this study show that in the implementation of professional teachers in early childhood education remain guided by applicable government regulations, then add some local regulations. While in improving the professional quality of Early Childhood education teachers make two programmed activities namely On The Job Training and Off The Job Training.
