MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN MELUKIS MELALUI METODE FINGER PAINTING PADA ANAK USIA 5-6 TAHUN

Abstract

This study aims to improve the motoric development of children at RA Banatul Masyithoh Pituruh, Purworejo through finger painting activities. The background of this research is because the ability of children in the aspect of fine motor physical development is different from one child to another. Some do well and some don't. This research uses classroom action research. Methods of data collection on the method of observation and documentation. The subjects of this study were 17 children aged 5-6 years. Methods of data collection is done through observation and documentation. The results showed an increase in fine motor physical skills. This is evidenced by the pre-cycle fine motor skills only 17.64% then after the classroom action research with painting activities increased in the first cycle to 52.93% and in the second cycle to 88.23% The results showed that Finger Painting can improve fine motor skills.
