This study aims to improve weaving skills through demonstration methods in children aged 5-6 years at the Pertiwi Kindergarten 14.25.12 Karangsari village, Buayan, Kebumen. This research is motivated by the lack of weaving skills due to inadequate learning methods, evidenced by the initial pre-action results of 37.5%.The study used a class action research using Kemmis and MC Targgat methods carried out in 2 cycles each cycle consisting of 2 meetings, each cycle consisting of planning, action and observation and reflection. Research subjects were 12 children. Data collection techniques used are observation and documentation sheets, data analysis used is using quantitative data analysis techniques.The results of the study can be seen from the development of the first cycle obtained 53% then increased the second cycle gained 79.11%, then from the first cycle to the second cycle increased by 25.11% so that the percentage increase in weaving skills has exceeded the success indicator which is 76%. In the first cycle we used woven material from flannel cloth with a square shape and clothes, the second cycle used fruit shapes. This research step is the researcher explains the steps of weaving, preparing woven in various forms and giving rewards in the form of praise so that children are motivated and enthusiastic in carrying out the weaving activities.
