Abstract

Abstract: The aim of the research carried out was to explore the impact of using economic tokens in increasing motivation in young children. The token economy technique is a method used to change or influence the behavior of young children. Teachers can apply the token economy technique to change children's behavior, including increasing children's learning motivation. The research method applied is literature study, the data collection technique applied is the documentation method. After the data is collected, the next step is the analysis process. Analysis was carried out by examining various sources such as articles, books and journals. The data analysis technique used is data reduction. The data obtained is then connected to the research problem as well as relevant concepts and theories. The results of this research indicate that the use of economic tokens can provide increased motivation
