This study uses the Research and Development method, the learning media that will be developed refers to the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implement, Evaluation) model. This analogy-based device is very suitable to be used for the lecture process after going through a validation process by media experts and getting an average percentage of 82%. This study compares the best compression method between WMV and AVI with MP4 video material. the comparison process is done by calculating the compression ratio (cr), space-saving (ss), and peak signal to noise ratio (PNR). The results obtained prove that AVI video compression has the highest compression ratio value of 0.063, while in terms of space-saving (ss) WMV compression gives the best performance with a value of 99.826. The best measurement in terms of PSNR is AVI video compression because it has the highest average value among all compressions, which is 36,158. provides the best performance in maintaining compression quality. The ease of accessing information via the internet greatly supports the development of online data collection for Muhammadiyah Aisyiyah Higher Education (PTMA) scholarships. Data collection of PTMA scholarships is very useful for Diktilitbang Muhammadiyah in recording scholarships at each PTMA because previously there was no data collection using a web-based system. The purpose of the research is to design a web-based scholarship data collection application to facilitate PTMA data collection and reporting. The research method used in designing the application uses the waterfall method. This method is often referred to as the "classic lifecycle" so that it can provide an alternative solution to the scholarship data collection system to make it easier for users to report scholarship data at each PTMA. In learning activities when they want to borrow tools, they still use notes before borrowing tools.</em><em>The future system that will be built at the multimedia SMK Ma'arif 1 Kebumen is a Website-based lending system. The purpose of this study is to find out how to build a Website-based tool lending information system on a multimedia expertise program and find out how successful this lending system is after testing using black box testing.The development method used in the Website-based tool lending system is waterfall because the sequence of development of this model is in accordance with the system being built. after the system was successfully built and tested the system on students using the black box testing method, the score obtained was 80.79% with the conclusion that the system was "Very Good".</em></p> 2022-09-16T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2022 JURISTIK (Jurnal Riset Teknologi Informasi dan Komputer) Analisis Perbandingan Kualitas Kompresi Citra Digital pada Media Sosial 2022-07-01T14:15:28+00:00 Wicaksono Yuli Sulistyo Muhammad Rosidin Muhammad Fauzan Gustafi Muhammad Abdul Aziz Alfiansyah Imanda Putra <p><em><span style="font-weight: 400;">The development of information technology has a broad impact on the way human communication starts from the conventional way to the digital one, communication through messaging services has also evolved from SMS (Short Messaging Service) to the internet such as social media Facebook, Twitter, and WhatsApp. Images that have been scattered on social media have been compressed beforehand so that they can reduce the need for large memory. The compression not only affects the file size but also affects the quality of the image. Measurement of image quality subjectively (human senses) can be done to assess image quality, but it is very difficult to do because the condition of the assessment must depend on human vision, therefore objective assessment is very necessary because it produces standard, fast, and easy measurements. This study was conducted to find the best compression among the three social media, using the assessment of the compression ratio and Peak Signal Noise Ratio (PSNR). The calculation of the compression ratio obtained shows that the compression ratio on WhatsApp has the highest average of 93.93% while the lowest average compression ratio is on Twitter, which is 62.96%.
