Emotions are usually not expressed blatantly by humans (implicitly) and also caused by certain events or situations. The text depicts patterns of events or situations that cause emotions to be revealed with words clearly (explicitly). Text is also the main media in communication using computers (Computer-mediated communications) such as email, blogs and social media. According to the nature of emotions can be classified into two namely positive emotions and negative emotions. Emotion detection is a new and moderately researched field of research, particularly in the linguistic field. In this research the emotion detection will be applied to the status of Facebook using the Naïve Bayes method and the weighted word Count Vector. Before the Count Vector method has been applied, the text will be the test data and the training data in applying the Prapremprosesan which includes folding case, Stopword removal, stemming. One of the efforts to attract people to donate is to create a campaign. So far, the donation process at NU Care-Lazisnu Kebumen is still less effective because it only uses social media and manual recording. So that people who donate cannot see the progress of the campaign directly, this study aims to design a donation system based on websit. The system is designed using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and developed using the waterfall method. The research method applied is R &amp; D (Research and Development). The R &amp; D method adapts product development, where research findings are used to design new products so as to produce products that meet needs. The results of the research on designing a website-based donation system at NU Care-Lazisnu Kebumen prove that the donation system designed can be used according to user needs. One of the services at BPS Kebumen Regency is an integrated statistical service that publishes official data, tables, and news. Data on visits to the Kebumen BPS website in 2020 has increased by 2 million hits. Based on initial observations, 70% of visitors want services that are more effective and easy to use in improving statistical services at BPS Kebumen. Recommendations for fields of study based on student characteristics are used as alternatives for high school students (SMA) when they want to continue to college. One solution that can be done is to develop a system to determine the field of study.</p> <p>When students are expelled from college due to several factors, usually these factors are in the form of not understanding the courses taken or being inactive for several semesters, usually students will drop out. To reduce this before students continue to college, it would be nice to consult about the field of study that will be a solution to enter college. The main purpose of this article is to help students find out the field of study that suits the student's characteristics. Recommendations for fields of study using the Case Based Reasoning method using a probabilistic symmetric algorithm will analyze based on the characteristics of students and recommendations for fields of study to users.</p> <p>The results of this study are as follows: 1) a system using the Case Based Reasoning method of the symmetric Probabilistic algorithm as a tool to strengthen the recommended solution for the field of study. 2) Parameters are determined by observation, interviews and documentation studies, the parameters determining the decision of the field of study recommendations based on the characteristics of students. 3) The results of the recommendations for the field of study in this study found that Mathematics and Natural Sciences had 90% similarity, Health Sciences had 29% similarity and Medical Sciences had 53% similarity, so that in this study the field of study that became the solution for users was Mathematics and Natural Sciences with 90% similarity percentage.</p> <p><strong>Keywords</strong>: Field of study, Case Based Reasoning, Probabilistic Symmetric</p> 2021-12-29T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2021 JURISTIK (Jurnal Riset Teknologi Informasi dan Komputer) Penerapan Metode Prototype pada Sistem Informasi Program Kursus Berbasis Website di Lkp Indojaya Kebumen 2021-12-27T15:05:18+00:00 Muhamad Hidayat Hajron Yuminah <p><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p> <p><em>Based on the observations that have been made, at Lkp Indo Jaya Kebumen does not yet have an information system that can be accessed through the website. The presentation of information by these agencies is still done conventionally. This study aims to build a website-based course program information system. This information system is intended to be used in Lkp Indo Jaya Kebumen, so that it can be used by agencies in improving the quality of information services to the public. The system method used in this research is a prototype model system development method. The method is one of the software development models where program developers and research objects can communicate with each other and provide information which consists of listening to customers or analyzing needs, making designs (mockups) and testing designs. The programming language that the author uses is PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) and uses a MySQL database. To test the feasibility of the system, the author uses blackbox testing. The final result of this research is the development of a website-based course program information system at Lkp Indo Jaya Kebumen using a website-based prototype method. The test method used is the blackbox testing method, the functions tested are the admin and user pages. One of the methods used for the prediction system functions as a substitute for the human brain and nerves with the ability to learn and generalize quickly in pattern recognition. To get optimal backpropagation ANN requires appropriate input parameters in training. In this study, the training parameters for backpropagation ANN were tested by changing the value of the hidden layer and the value of the learning rate. The combination of the learning parameters in the hidden layer and the learning rate will be seen to have an effect on the time required for training, RMSE errors and the number of iterations required for each network training process. The best results from network training, it takes 12 neurons to change the hidden layer parameters. The hidden layer with a value of 12 neurons gets an RMSE error of 1.654151. The training takes 3 minutes 44 seconds. The number of iterations required is 100000 iterations.
