Perencanaan Strategis Teknologi Informasi: Studi Kasus Pada Perguruan Tinggi STT Wiworotomo Purwokerto

Abstract

STT Wiworotomo Purwokerto is a school based on arts and culture. Currently STT Wiworortomo Purwokerto only has an information system, namely a website and e-report, lowever, the website hike that currently it is still not able to reduce the difficulty in providing information due to the management of large amounts of data, as well as changes that are routine and repentrve in nature, because academic data processing activities in schools so far stilluse manual processing systems and file processing systems. Based on the existing IS IT and conditions.a stratege plan is needed so that it is able to align with the vision and missionof the school In this thesis, the authors eolleet data that contains an overview of the conditions of the internal business environment which are distinguished between main activities and supporting activities with Value Chain analysis to determine the required information system in line with the vision, mission and goals of the school as well as to determine the conditions of the existing information system and information technology that already exists in the field for mapping wnth Me Farland Strategic. So that in the future the STT Wiworortomo Purwokerto will be able to focus on which information systems should take precedence in its implementation. The results of strategie planning of information systems based on Value Chain analysts show that there are 11 information systems that have the potential to be implemented and developed according to school needs. Mapping SI into Mc Farland Stratege consists of 3 information systems in the strategte quadrant. 3 information systems in the operational key quadrant. 2 information systems in the high potential quadrant and 3 information systems in the support quadrant.
