Abstract

Warung Sari Pojok is a business engaged in the culinary field, founded in 1980, producing food and beverages. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the business development strategy run by the Sari Pojok food stall in increasing revenue. Warung Sari Pojok is located on Jalan Soekarno Hatta, in front of BRI CENTER KEBUMEN to be precise. Research that has been completed is included in qualitative research using data collection techniques, namely observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The preparation of this research is a business development strategy to increase income at the Sari Pojok food stall, Kebumen Regency. The results of field research show that the business development strategy undertaken by the Sari Pojok food stall is to add product variants, improve the quality of human resources (HR), improve service quality, and use new sales concepts. The obstacles faced by the Sari Pojok food stall in developing its business are the lack of operational management, the low quality of human resources, and pressure from outside (competitors). Strategically, the Sari Pojok food stall has been able to develop its business to increase revenue.
