Abstract

In this technological era, the need for computer-based information is urgently needed. This is caused by the development and progress of information technology which is very rapid. .it also affects various aspects of life in society, not least in the world of government .Information technology is widely applied to work management because of its effectiveness and efficiency which is proven to be able to accelerate performance, and in the end will increase the profits of various parties in the world of government, of course, also requires information to streamline and make the work processes in it more efficient. Government agency The Information Communication Service (KOMINFO) of the Special Region of Yogyakarta has implemented the latest technologies to improve employee performance such as presence tools that use fingerprints, CCTV, switch devices and learn about system planningnetwork that includes both hardware and software.but in its determination it has not been used optimally because there are various obstacles encountered therefore in this practical work report will discuss the obstacles faced by the Government Agencies of the Information Communication Service (KOMINFO) of the Special Region of Yogyakarta and how to fix these obstacles. .This practical work aims to apply the knowledge gained from college in relation to the world of work.
