Abstract

Theory and Practice of Web Programming I is a special course at STKIP Yapis Dompu, the purpose of this research is to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes using the Teaching with analogies learning model. This study uses the Research and Development method, the learning media that will be developed refers to the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implement, Evaluation) model. This analogy-based device is very suitable to be used for the lecture process after going through a validation process by media experts and getting an average percentage of 82%. In the post-validation stage, namely the distribution of pre-test questions with the calculation of the results obtained by 59% (quite satisfactory) while the post-test got 76% (satisfactory), from this percentage that student learning outcomes increased by 17%,
