Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Pendataan Beasiswa PTMA Berbasis Web Menggunakan Metode Waterfall

Abstract

The development of information technology, especially the internet, is the main factor driving the development of web-based information systems. The ease of accessing information via the internet greatly supports the development of online data collection for Muhammadiyah Aisyiyah Higher Education (PTMA) scholarships. Data collection of PTMA scholarships is very useful for Diktilitbang Muhammadiyah in recording scholarships at each PTMA because previously there was no data collection using a web-based system. The purpose of the research is to design a web-based scholarship data collection application to facilitate PTMA data collection and reporting. The research method used in designing the application uses the waterfall method. This method is often referred to as the "classic lifecycle" so that it can provide an alternative solution to the scholarship data collection system to make it easier for users to report scholarship data at each PTMA. The results achieved from the design are an application with a code igniter framework in web form that has several features such as scholarship management and member management which are expected to assist web managers in collecting and reporting scholarship data.
