Optimalisasi Potensi Desa Tanjunganom Banjarnegara sebagai Kampung Seribu Kolam melalui Edukasi, Inovasi, dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Menuju Transformasi Sosial Berkelanjutan

Abstract

The Community Service Program (KKN) in Tanjunganom Village, Rakit Subdistrict, Banjarnegara Regency, was implemented to address the issues of low literacy, social engagement, and technological adaptation among the residents of this village, known as the “Village of a Thousand Ponds.” The goal of this community service initiative is to enhance the community’s capacity through education, innovation, and empowerment based on local potential.  The method used was a participatory and collaborative approach, with strategies including the development of extracurricular activities, the strengthening of religious activities, anti-bullying awareness campaigns, the promotion of reading, and education on safe internet use for young children. The results of the community service project showed an increase in children’s participation in positive activities strengthening religious values and raising public awareness about the wise use of technology. Although there was resistance from some freshwater fish farmers who felt the program was not relevant to their economic needs, the Community Service Program (KKN) still had a significant social impact and opened up opportunities for collaboration toward sustainable village development.
