This activity aims to improve the technical skills of students at SMK Telekomunikasi Telesandi Bekasi, particularly in the transmission department, through training on wire-based antenna design and simulation using MMANA-GAL. The training focuses on understanding basic antenna concepts, modeling processes, simulation, and analysis of antenna performance parameters. The implementation method includes material delivery, antenna simulation practice, and evaluation of simulation results. A simulation-based approach is applied to enable participants to understand the relationship between antenna configuration and radiation characteristics in a more systematic and practical manner. The results of the activity indicate an improvement in participants’ understanding and technical skills, as reflected in their ability to follow antenna simulation stages and the dominance of positive feedback regarding the training materials and implementation. Participant responses show that the training contributes to a better understanding of basic antenna concepts and performance parameters. Overall, this activity provides a positive contribution to supporting the mastery of transmission competencies and enhancing students’ readiness to face developments in telecommunications technology.
