Analisis Fasilitas Layanan terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna Stasiun Kereta Api Kebumen

This study aims to find out whether service facilities affect the satisfaction of users of the Kebumen station. This research was conducted on the users of the Kebumen station. The number of respondents in this study were 250 respondents. The data collection technique is through the distribution of questionnaires directly at the Kebumen station. The results of this study are where the satisfaction level of Kebumen station users from 250 respondents is 86.8% and dissatisfaction with Kebumen station users based on service facilities is 33 respondents or 13.2%. The majority of Kebumen station users are female with 160 respondents and 90 male respondents. The results of this study also get answers where there are inputs for additional service facilities such as bathrooms near the parking area, mimimarkets and atm machines. And this research also got the results that there must be a tidying up of service facilities such as a covid test place and the rickshaw or motorcycle taxi drivers are not near the exit and a special area is made for motorcycle taxi and rickshaw drivers.
